Yes it's that time again!
This Sunday the 29th August 2010, we will be one of the stallholders at the fab Rose Seidler House in Wahroonga, Sydney for
the annual Fifties Fair. If you haven't got anything planned for the day it's a great event to come to. There will be lots of stalls like ours
selling original vintage clothing, jewellery, homewares, furniture and more. There are bands playing, a best dressed competition, you can
get your hair styled in a 50's "do", join in the kid's activities, walk through the house itself, or just sit on the grass and people watch.
In the meantime we are working away cleaning, fixing, washing, and pricing all the lovely things we have been saving. Of special note
are the great collection of handbags we have this year. We are bringing along a good selection of wares, we'll have homewares, pictures,
clothing, jewellery, sunglasses, handbags and more. So plan your outfit and get on up to Wahroonga this Sunday.

Hi all,
Just reminding you to start saving for the bi-annual Love Vintage Fair that is held at Canterbury Racecourse. We will be there under our shop name of “mrs peel”, so please come and check the stall out. The next fair is held on the weekend from Friday evening April 16th 2010, to Sunday 18th afternoon. Friday 16th opens from 5.30pm to 9.00pm, Saturday 17th from 9.30am to 4.30pm and Sunday 18th from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
The fair is a fabulous opportunity for those of you who love special vintage pieces to view thousands of unique items under one roof. A wonderful giant vintage shopping arcade!

It’s very exciting that after over three years at our current location, we are moving on to the Mall in Leura. That’s another reason why we haven’t had time to add new treasures to the website lately.
The new incarnation of “mrs peel” will be located at Shop 7, 166 – 168 the Mall, Leura, and should be open sometime in early May, possibly Saturday 9th. That’s when we’ll be aiming for anyway. The new location will give us an opportunity to step up a notch and concentrate on even more juicy vintage pieces and also some new lines in clothing. Look out for the Winter “Joanie loves ChaChi” range and more cute vintage style knits from “Friends of Couture”, We are aiming to make some of the new lines available for purchase on our website in the future.
Jacqui and Roger also plan some overseas trips in 2009/2010 to seek and find more interesting and unusual items for the new and improved “mrs peel”. So come up for a Winter weekend in the Blue Mountains and make sure you visit us.
