Okay girls, this really is a skirt but it looks fabulous hiked up above the bust with a belt. This makes the length above the knee. Voila! You have a cute little summer dress. It can also be worn as it was designed as a skirt.
Be aware that our mannequin in the photo has no legs and that the skirt is below the knee not full length. The skirt has an elasticised waist so it's more forgiving size wise. The label doesn't give a size. It reads Diane Fres, 100% polyester, Made in Hong Kong. I'm saying it would fit an Australian 10 to 12. The elastic could be made smaller than it is.
The measurement around the waist unstretched is 71cm. The length from waist to hem is 74cm. As usual Diane Fres has used really pretty fabric. In this case the backing colour is teal blue with fuscia pink, turquoise and gold printed design. The skirt is finely pleated on either side with a central flat panel front and back, and a flat section below the waist of about 9cm.
