What a stunner! This is another great piece from Whiting and Davis. This is designed to wear around the upper arm. It's too big to wear as a wrist bracelet.This one is made from a silvertone metal. Check out page 212 in Judith Miller's Costume Jewellery book for a similar piece. She states it as a 60's piece but I thought they were from the 70's. It's possible they were produced in both decades by the company.
The length of the bracelet is about 35cm including the head and tail and is approximately 1.5cm across. It's stamped on the underside of the head with the Whiting and Davis logo.
